About Me
I am Senior Website Developer at COSMIC at IT training and Web Design Company in Devon. I spend most of my time developing Content Management Systems (including e-commerce systems) for the company.
Actually I’ve handed in my notice and am off to pastures new. Exciting.
The CMS I developed for COSMIC (rocket) is currently used behind about 50 websites / applications. Unfortunately I never get to do any design work at work, any more because there is too much coding to do.
Still that’s what Flipflops is for.
I am currently developing a site using CakePHP (http://www.cakephp.org). Cake is rapid application development framework written in PHP, but similar in concept to the Ruby On Rails framework. Cake is lovely to work with.
I am also writing a plugin for WordPress at the moment, as if the world needs another image gallery.
